Shipping policy
How Much does shipping cost?
Most of our items (except for bulky items over 5kg) offer free shipping for orders of $75 or more. If you order is under $75, we offer standard shipping with Australia Post which is calculated at checkout. Express post is also available at an additional charge. For orders from customers located outside Australia, postage will be calculated on check-out.
When will my item be shipped?
Orders will generally be shipped within 1 business day. Please allow for extra handling time during busy periods such as Christmas.
Can I get Express Shipping?
We offer Australian domestic express postage at an additional charge which varies depending on the weight of the order and the shipping destination. The cost of the shipping will be calculated at the time of check-out. Bear in mind that if your delivery address is outside Australia Post's express zones, overnight delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Can I pick my order up?
We are located in Sydney. Orders can be picked up by prior arrangement.
How can I track my purchase?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a carrier details with a link to their tracking reference number. Your address is printed onto the packaging and lodged by us personally with your carrier.
How will my order be shipped?
All items are shipped using Australia Post. All orders have tracking.
What happens if my items get lost in the mail or I haven't received it?
If you do not receive your purchase in a timely manner please check
where you will get an update of the delivery status. If your item appears to be missing, please contact us and we will initiate an enquiry with Australia Post to determine the status of your item. Please allow 14 working days for the investigation to take place.
What happens if an item is missing from my order?
If in the rare chance an item is missing from your order we will arrange to have a replacement sent straight away.
What happens if I receive an incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact us straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item.
Do you deliver to PO Box Address?
We can deliver to any PO Box Address in Australia depending on the size and weight of the item. We will advise you if the item can't be delivered to a PO Box and will request an alternative shipping address.
Can you deliver to my work address?
Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Business Name and any suite/unit/level number in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.
Do you Ship Overseas?
We can ship overseas by arrangement. Certain items we sell can not be shipped overseas. Please contact us for further information.
