Refund policy

Returns
Items purchased from us can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please contact us to obtain a prepaid return label before returning your item. 

  • Items must be posted within 7 days of a return being authorised
  • For change of mind, non-fitting or incorrectly ordered item returns $15 will be deducted from the refund for the cost of the return label
  • The item must be returned in its original as-new (unworn/unused) condition
  • Include all original applicable packaging, tags, paperwork, bags, stickers, manuals and labels
  • Pack the item to avoid any damage in the post
  • Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable on change of mind returns.
If the item is not returned with all the original inclusions, we reserve the right to reject the return or charge a restocking fee.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will provide you with return instructions.
